It's been a long time since we interact. I hope all is good at your end. Today I want to discuss a very important thing related to our health, which we generally ignores and do not put much attention to, but it needs your timely attention, as something is not going good inside your body.
I am talking about a good sleep. A good sleep is very necessary for your body to repair your body completely and make it ready for the next day's tasks. But now a days and mostly in the urban areas, many people are feeling unslept or sleeping very less and wake up so many times in the middle of night, which is not very good.
So how one can recover from such kind of situation, where you did not fell sleep normally, like you were in the past.
The main reason is lack of exercise in your daily routine. Make your body tiresome so that it want some sleep badly at night. Do some jogging, yoga, some small moves of your body many times (100 times or more or increase slowly starting from 10 at a time) or if you can play some kind of sport (Volleyball, badminton, swimming, etc.)
I know many people are so busy that they hardly get some time for exercise, but you have to make some time, either in morning or in night, because this non-sleeping will make your body very sick gradually, which we all never wants.
So my friends, do not think much, just start, start slowly with just 5 minutes a day and increase slowly.
