Home Remedies for Acidity
Dear all, below mention some home remedies for acidity:
1. Take a tiny piece of jaggery every hour. Just keep it in the mouth and slowly suck it till acidity subsides.
2. Drink coconut water 3-4 times a day. Have a plateful of watermelon or cucumber every hour.
3. Taking amla juice is also good for acidity.

How to Reduce Excess Fat From Your Body??
Excess Fat can be easily removed from your body by following a simple diet schedule. The diet chart should be religiously followed for better and fast results.
Fast excess fat removing diet plan:
1. Drink one glass of warm water (250ml) after getting up in the morning (6:00 am)
2. If you like you can drink a lemon tea without sugar
3. Eat two pieces of brown bread with a glass of warm milk and can eat one boiled egg without yolk.
4. In the lunch can take a big glass of milk shake (500ml) of banana, apple, guava, etc.
5. In the evening can take 2 chapatis with some Dal or green vegetable sabji.
6. You can make some variations in your breakfast and dinner by adding sprouts, oatmeal, cornflakes, etc but the things to remember are do not intake oily food, chips, sugar, coke, Pepsi, beer, whisky, potato, butter, cheese etc. All in all avoid carbohydrates, fatty oil and sugar and intake protein rich foods and green vegetables.
