Which food is good for you, vegetarian or non-vegetarian?

Dear Friends,

It's really taken so long to come back and post a new article for you. Today I just want to tell you about what kind of diet is good for your ageing body.

Actually when it comes to choose in between vegetarian and non-vegetarian, we often go for non-vegetarian, because we like it and we can't deny it.

But is it healthy?

For kids it really did not matter if a kid is really active but for people over and above 35+ age, choosing the right kind of diet is very necessary, if you want to keep yourself fit and full of energy.

For 35+ people, if there is very less or almost no exercise routine, then it will be better that we should stick with vegetarian diet and vegetarian means strictly vegetarian with lots of green vegetables and soups.

But if you have a regular schedule for physical workout then you can go for any kind of food, vegetable or non-vegetable but remember excess of anything is always not good for your body.

And yes do not forget to have a nice sleep everyday.

Home Remedy For Minor Teeth and Gum Problems

Dear Friends,

Today I will tell you about a very cheap home remedy, which will protect your teeth and gums from minor problems.

To make your teeth healthy it is very necessary to brush them regularly in the morning and before going to sleep at night.

Apart from that sometimes we feel some pain in our teeth and also gums skin got rough and we feel blood stains while brushing our teeth, so how to make our gums stronger and bacteria free. There is one very cheap home remedy which will help in making your gums stronger.

That remedy is Alum. Take a small piece of alum, wash it with clean water, then take a freshwater (50ml), put that alum in this water, stir it for 25 seconds and then take the alum out of the water, take this water in your mouth and rinse your mouth for about 30 seconds, after that throw the water out.

Do not eat or drink anything after this for about 15 minutes and that's it. Do it every week and your gum will remain healthy and strong, which can hold your teeth tightly.

How to Lower Your Blood Sugar In Just 3 Days

Many of my friends have blood sugar, but they have recently found a way to control their blood sugar levels and believe me it worked for them and it will surely work for you also, if you are suffering from the same, just try.

Do not take dairy products, sugar, excess salt, rice, and potato in these 3 days, and if you feel it will be good for you, you can follow this further.

Ok, then start your day with a fresh green salad made up of cabbage, tomato, cucumber, onion, radish, carrot, lemon, and a little salt and black pepper, eat it.

You can add spinach, garlic soup with this to make it more enjoyable.

In the afternoon take some fruits and make a fruit chat take most fruits which are having juices. Eat one chapati with any dal or home cooked vegetable.

At night take one chapati with dal or home cooked vegetable with lots of green salad.

Follow this diet for 3 days and match the before and after sugar levels.

Again this is not a guaranteed diet which can lower your blood sugar but as it is already followed by a few persons and gave them a good result, there is no harm to test it.

There are so many home remedies using which you can easily clean your face and can make your face clean and beautiful. Today I will tell you about a homemade face rub which can clean your face and body.

Take 3 tablespoon gram flour, add 2 tablespoon curd, add 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder, and add 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Mix all these ingredients and make a paste, apply this paste and slowly rub it. Then take out the paste from your face and body by gently rubbing.

Take bath with warm water and you will find your face and body clean and glowing.
