It's really taken so long to come back and post a new article for you. Today I just want to tell you about what kind of diet is good for your ageing body.
Actually when it comes to choose in between vegetarian and non-vegetarian, we often go for non-vegetarian, because we like it and we can't deny it.
But is it healthy?
For kids it really did not matter if a kid is really active but for people over and above 35+ age, choosing the right kind of diet is very necessary, if you want to keep yourself fit and full of energy.
For 35+ people, if there is very less or almost no exercise routine, then it will be better that we should stick with vegetarian diet and vegetarian means strictly vegetarian with lots of green vegetables and soups.
But if you have a regular schedule for physical workout then you can go for any kind of food, vegetable or non-vegetable but remember excess of anything is always not good for your body.
And yes do not forget to have a nice sleep everyday.
