How important is to have a good sleep?

Dear Friends,

To keep your body healthy and in a good shape, you required a good full night sleep. Many of my friends did not have a good full night sleep due to numerous reasons. Here I will tell you, how you can have a good full night sleep.

1. Do not take heavy dinner. Keep your stomach as light as possible before going to bed.

2. Do not drink tea or coffee before going to bed, instead, you can have a glass of lukewarm milk before going to bed.

3. Do not drink alcohol before going to bed, many of our friends take alcohol and mention the reason that to have a good sleep, they are doing that, but believe it or not alcohol did not put your body in a real rest.

4. Read some good books before going to bed, it helps you to have a good sleep, but do not read horror or thriller storybooks.

5. Take off the big lights and lit a small one, this helps in having a good sleep.

All the above-mentioned remedies are of my own, which I have used, whenever I am not having a good sleep.

Please remember, a good sleep is as much necessary as a good food.
