How to take care of your Eyes

Eyes are the most precious of all our body parts, but are we really care about them? I am sure that very few of us really cares about our eyes, but they actually need much more care than any other parts of the body. If we are busy with our regular schedule then at least we can do the following things to keep our eyes healthy:

1. Wash your eyes at least three times with cold & clear water

2. Don't look directly on your computer for so long

3. Blink your eyes in regular intervals so that eyes can get the required nourishment

4. After returning from your office take two pieces of cucumber and put them on your closed eyes for some time

5. Avoid watching T.V or working on a laptop in a dark room

6. use regular eye drops before going to bed in the night

Though the above-mentioned points look very simple but believe it or not they are really very effective.
