Home Remedies For Good Health In Polluted Environment

With increasing vehicles on roads every day, our lives become more difficult in cities, pollution exceeded from the normal levels.

Now, how you can remain in good shape and sound mind. Here I am mentioning some fruits and vegetables which will give you strength and boost your immune system.

1. Carrots - Winter season is coming and so carrots will start coming in the market, make it a habit to eat at least a few carrots each day. It is a good source of Vitamin A, which will improve your eyesight and your immune system.

2. Radish - Radish is also a winter season vegetable, it is very good for your digestive system, so eat radish before or after your lunch and dinner with some black salt and black pepper.

3. Oranges - Oranges are also winter season fruit and a rich source of Vitamin C, which keeps your skin healthy and detox your body from harmful elements. If you feel they are expensive then go for alternative sources like lemon and Amla.

4. Coriander - Coriander leaves are very healthy, especially when you are not getting a good sleep in the night. Make a sauce of coriander leaves, mint, lemon juice, green chili, and garlic. Add a small amount in your dinner and you will see how it will sweep away your sleeping disorder.
