So today I am gonna tell you about a very easy home remedy which will take of all the tiredness from your body and relax your body from the uneasiness due to a hectic day.
Take a half bucket of lukewarm water, add a half cup of salt to it, mix it well, clean your legs and then put your legs inside the bucket, keep it like that for 10 - 15 minutes and then take your legs out.
This activity completely relaxes your body from all kinds of tensions and tiredness.
Please do not use very hot water, the water should be lukewarm.
